We can transfer your site from your current host, only if your current host uses cpanel. We access your domain's cpanel account, and FTP to the Dotable server, the full cpanel backup for that domain. We then restore that full cpanel backup on the Dotable server, into your new account. This is a very accurate method of moving domains from one server to another.

To proceed with your migration, open a ticket on the Dotable helpdesk and include your domain, username and password, formatted like this -

yourdomain.com/cpanel
username:
password:

We will then proceed with migrate those domains over to the Dotable server, and restore them into your Dotable account. You will then be given new nameservers in your Dotable welcome email, and you simply change your domain's nameservers, at your domain register.

That's it. Allowing for some propagation time with the new nameservers, your domain will then start resolving from the Dotable server.
