Default Create an email account in Outlook Express

(1). Access your Cpanel for your domain name - http://yourdomain.com/cpanel

If your domain has not yet propagated, access the domain's cpanel by using the server's IP/cpanel with that domain's username and password.

(2). Click on the "Mail" icon -

(3). Then click the "Manage/Add/Remove Accounts" -

(4). Then click the "Add Account" at the bottom of the page -

(5). Then add your email username, password and disk space allocated, then press "Create" -

Your email account has now been created on the server. Now you will need to setup and configure your Outlook Express as follows -

(6). Access your Outlook Express and click on "Tools" -

(7). Then click "Accounts" -

(8). Then click on "Mail" -

(9). Then add your email's name -

(10). Then add your email address -

(11). Then add in your mail servers -

(12). Then add your username and password. Remember, your username is your full email address -

(13). Then click finish -

(14). Also make sure that you tick the following "My server requires authentification". In your Outlook Express, click "Tools" >> "Accounts", and then choose the email address, and then -

Your email is now setup. Your domain will need to be fully propagated, before your email will function.
