Shadow Server Down 7:30PM CST - RESOLVED
Shadow is currently down due to a networking issue. We hope to have it back up very shortly.
We apologize to any customers that may still be on Shadow. Remember, if you're still on Shadow, we need to get you moved over to the much nicer server 'Nightingale.' If you haven't made the switch, please submit a ticket with us. Thank you for your patience. I will update this ticket when there is more information available. UPDATE: As of 7:50 CST, Shadow is back online. |

Hello,
It seems that the issues with Shadow have come back once again. I'm having one of the Networking engineers looking into this issue already and we should have an update shortly Update:: the server is back online and the networking team is still tracking down the root cause of this. As always as updates become available i will update this post |
