Great service
After shopping around in vain for a decent multi-domain host I was eventually referred to Aussie Bob by a mate of mine. The thing that impressed me most at first was the price of the hosting; normally I'd expect to pay a fortune for the sort of account that Bob offered, especially with all that additional software!
I've also been really impressed with the quality of the support offered - not only do the staff actually respond to queries (which didn't always happen with my other hosting company) but they also follow up to make sure that you're not having any additional problems; good customer service goes a long way and I'm very pleased with the way I've been treated as a customer so far - even my most inane questions are dealt with quickly and professionally  |
