... I am a happy man now

Hi Guys and Gals (and Bob & Team),
A very good day to all.

OK, it has been more than 6 months with Dotable now, so I think it is the right time for me to just write a few comments about my host.
No long-winded story, I just have it in some point forms:

Uptime
I am very impressed.
So far, I could NOT recall a single time my sites went offline (at least, they are there whenever I need)

Server Speed/Power
I am satisfied.
So far a couple of my online tools, doing some bulk conversion/sql manipulation, process and load fast enough (faster than my previous hosts)
I have yet to stress the server, because currently my sites here are all non-high demanding sites
So Bob, get ready ... as I add more sites to your server... in the near future.

Email
I am very impressed
In fact, this is what I am more concerned at this current moment. I need a lot of email forwarding. None of my email get missing into nowhere.
(as you know: email lost= business lost)

Support/Response time (my stop watch is clicking)
Well, simply put, I have no idea. Why?
It is because my sites have NOT had any problem or downtime yet so far
Yet to test them out on their troubleshooting skill and contingency planning/reaction

However, for other issues (non critical/admin related), I'd contact Bob's email, and I usually got replied within just a few hours.

The Dotable way
Well, I have finally found that long-lost feeling, a hosting provider doing business, with a personal touch. I like!!
Dotable is very approachable. They are flexible, unlike other hosting giants who are rigid, and reluctant to change and accommodate.
I even have "early-bird" rewards from Bob too (don't blame me, Bob, if you start rev. requests for that)

Something that I like about this Bob than that
I like the way Dotable does its business, some will call it "cool"??
Correct me if I am wrong, I've NEVER seen a single post by Bob on WHT(or like)'s advert forum. "word of mouth" plus connection seems working pretty well for Dotable.
I feel so sick seeing many hosts posting(spaming??) the same old advert/promotion/discount weeks after weeks, over and over again in public forums (Sorry, if I say anything inappropriate. I apologize!! It is all about business afterall)

So that's all
This will be an on-going thread, to be updated, if I see needs

This always happens while seeking new hosts

I asked: ...?
They: Our highly trained specialists monitor the servers 24x7 and we make sure your sites will be on tiptop performance always...

I asked again: ...?
They: You can call our customer service hotline that is 365 on standby for you ...

But later , I did not have to wait to long to find out that
  • my sites are offline for more than 24 hrs, until I trigger the button
  • a server migration that take 1 week to complete WITHOUT access to my site and emails
  • a handful of my emails got lost into the air/NOT redirected, etc
Many empty promises..

then I plucked up courage and wrote an email to Aussie Bob seeking refugee ...
6 months later

That's great to hear Tee

I've known Rob quite some time and must say he's one of the most genuine and honest fellows I've ever come across! You won't ever get long winded, meaningless promises from him and that certainly gives him the edge over a great many hosts, as you've learned!

YES.. I like his style!
Needless to say, just do a bit of research on web hosting providers, Aussie Bob is NO strange word in the web hosting dictionary
