Hello,
I joined .able about a week ago. Just want to share my experience... BEFORE I joined with .able: - I was with another webhost company. So, this is not my first time with a hosting company. - I emailed .able and got ALL my questions answered within few hours. Not only in few hours, but I have all my questions answered nicely. This is when I was not .able customer yet. AFTER joining .able: - I passed all questions via Support Desk, and also by email. And, AGAIN, I have my problem resolved. Thanks Steve! Thanks Bob! - When I just sent "stupid" and "simple" questions (because I was not sure), I had replies. .able knows how to take care of its customers. - My plan was moving all my accounts over .able, but not at once. So, I told .able which accounts should be moved over, and after few days, I told .able anothers account to move. Problem? Not at all... So far, I am happy. I got no complaints from my customers. And, I feel much better with .able. I feel safe... In short: - .able price: Reasonable (yes, some people might think that .able is more expensive, but... I do not need to by an aspirin anymore.. hehehe) - .able support: Nice (they know how to run this kind of business). - .able rating (my own rating): 9 of 10 (where is the 1? Well, I will give it in the next few months) ![]() Okey, what's next Captain? I am on board now...

It's me again. I want to update my thought.. after being with .able for a month.
First... GREAT service. In the first week, the Bob and Steve helped me alot, transfering all accounts from my previous host. No problem at all... Everything is great! In the third week, I tried to run a RoR application. But it seems that there are some gems not installed at .able. So, I submitted a ticket, requesting some gems installation. Thank you Steve! Thanks Bob! In this August 2006, the uptime is great. Based on the status: 0 hrs, 10 mins, 0 secs 99.978% ... and I think it was because the PHP ugrade? I am okey with this. Even if it is not about the upgrade... I am still okey with it. Being with .able for a month... I got ZERO complaint from my clients. I am happy, my clients are happy... Thank you .able! PS: I will update again later...

Okey, I am here (again) now.
I have been with Dotable for 3 months. Yes, 3 months. I am on Saturn. I am satisfied. I mean, really satisfied. I have no major issue. I can run my own website and webdesign business without thinking about the hosting server. I have some friends (clients) from many part of the globe. I have some clients from Africa, South East Asia, and also Australia. I got zero complain about access from Africa. My clients are satisfied with the my hosting service (Thanks to Dotable). Some of my clients (and also myself) run many web applications. Well, not super advance, but I just want to share thought that I can install many applications without problem. When one of the servers got major problem (hard drive?), I was a little bit worried. Sorry for all inhabitants in that server. I am here now waiting for (what Dotable plans on this). I know, that will be a nightmare... I can accept problems, especially when it is related to some technical problems. And, as long as I got the information and update. So, I can communicate every issue to my clients/customers. Thank you for a nice experience here... 3 months? I feel like yesterday... hohohoho...
