I'm out of here too
Dotable was a wonderful company back in the day when Aussie Bob owned it. Unfortunately, since UK2 took it over it has become utter crap. Given the quality of tech support, the lack of communication, the frequent downtime and the countless things that just don't work, I don't think UK2 actually wants Dotable to stay in business. If I had to guess, they're trying to kill the brand off.
I stayed a lot longer than I should have and kept hoping that it was all just transitional issues; that things would get better. But it never did. The move to new servers made things worse, not better. Oh well, live and learn. Two weeks ago I moved. I found another company that actually values their customers' business and employs competent tech support staff. |
