I have to say that for me the last 4 months have been very very good. I personally have not had any problems like I did the previous 4 months to that when everything was going wrong but it has been OK.
Looking at Panopta stats now just seems to be at very moment Nightingale does off-line for 3:52 mins but hey like I said it been good these last 4 months. Even the forums has been quiet.

Please note that we have not tried to "kill" the forum environment with the new management. We request a support ticket for most requests so we can exchange account information securely. We do still monitor the forums regularly and welcome any and all comments here.

Any official support requests or service status inquiries need to be made through the Support Interface at https://clients.dotable.com/
While the Forums are often used by our staff for responding to observations and inquiries made by clients, (and clients of our clients), the official channel for support, the https://clients.dotable.com/ Client Interface, is put in place to allow our staff to be able to have a central place to handle support efficiently. Please always open and update tickets, so that our staff can better assist you and other clients with any issues or inquiries. |
