I've been with dotable for over 3 years now, I am not a high maintenance kinda customer. I've only submitted tickets for help a handful of times while dotable billy was still in charge...and then with the change over I had more and more problems.
I submitted a 9-11 ticket for the first time, and then another and another. If I worked with them long enough (a few days) my problem was resolved, mostly. Although I am not sure how since the support is not very informative. But the website works. Only problem is how very looooooooooooong it takes them! except 24 hours for a 911 ticket response. except alot of the support replys to be off base and you have to repeat yourself many times in many ways before they understand. Expect to NEVER get instant replys, ever. Now despite all that my website works so I was going to just renew for another year. But by the time my ticket is responded to I think my invoice will be overdue so I'm looking at other hosts. Dotable was alot better before and they would be a whole lot better now if they just did something about the shotty customer service! |
