I have been with Dotable now for 2 years.
Over these last 2 years I have had a stable base for my sites. First on Pluto and when Pluto was downgraded I was moved over to Shadow. The servers have all be in good order and the downtime has be very little. I do recommend Dotable to other people and anyone who reads this posting. My account is the MD-1, and is very good value. I use to run my own personal web server but gave up after 5 years when I cut my T1 line. I search for a new place to house my domains and was eventually recommended 2 hosting firms. I choose Dotable on the grounds of.. 1) Recommendation 2) Service Uptimes 3) Hosting Package The other firm did not match up to Dotable's ticks. Dotable Tech Support is very good, either in the support forum or via ticketing and in my eye quick enough so I don't have to lie about the severity of the support issue. Dotable... A BIG TICK in my hosting plans.

The last few months have not been so good with problems cropping up due to UK2 - DOTABLE making changes without informing customers then surprised to see people complain (Mail Filtering is what I am talking about)
With today's implementation of the next version has prompted me to write about it here as we were promised that all changes would be notified to customers but again we were let down and now have problems sorting out the UNSURE subject tagged emails to my own clients and. I suggest that you read the support forum and them decide yourselves. For me I am still going to stay as I have had good service and I believe that once UK2 get properly settled and accustomed to the unique way that Dotable works then the good service will be back.
