My honest opinion...going on for the 4th year now. - Dotable

I have been with you some time now, since 2005 I think. The recent spate of down times (hounding servers Enterprise & Shadow) is troubling me. I started off on Mercury, then Jupiter and then Enterprise and then Defiant and now Shadow. I did not ask to be transferred to Shadow (poor choice of name by the way, it should have been something like Invincible). The problematic servers have been Enterprise and now Shadow.

The down times are now getting to a worrying stage for me. Can you put me on a stable server for once an for all. If it costs extra, I will pay.

I value loyalty from my customers and I’m sure any well-meaning business does but really I will have to look for other options if no suitable resolution is found. I think very highly of your services and have given many a positive comment in WHT and would prefer to stay on with you so I hope you can sort this out.

Please feel free to offer me options you think may be suitable.

I appreciate your feedback.

There were some post migration hiccups with the Shadow migration, over to the new cabinet, regarding the PDUs in that cab, but that's all settled now. There will be no more expected power related issues with Shadow. Each incident was communicated and dealt with quickly. Shadow is a beast of a server and very capable of serving your site/s, as the migration and post migration issues have been sorted. I truly believe your sites are best served on Shadow, but if you want to migrate to another Dotable server, we can do that for you too.

Okay, Bob, I will take your word that Shadow is a beast and that it will not dissapoint. Any more migration and I would have travelled the whole universe!
