I guess the reason I haven't left any feedback here after joining Dotable such a long time ago is that they are so overwhelmingly good, that honestly I just don't know what to say.

So I guess I'll just recap everything so far.

Background:
I previously used two other major web hosting companies who both cost a lot of money and provided an appallingly bad service. The camel's back broke when the last one updated their server with "security policy updates" that effectively broke my website, leaving me totally in the lurch. The actual issue was over phpsuexec and register globals, which some might be familiar with.

So someone who runs the same software as me recommended Dotable, and life has been rosy ever since.

My first contact with Bob was via live support. After a short discussion he migrated my site for me, from my old webhost to Dotable, and within one hour I went from out-of-business to back in business with lower overall costs for a much better spec'd webhosting package and a higher level of support than I've ever seen anywhere. Happy? I was doing cartwheels.

Did I mention shell access? SHELL ACCESS. Very happy making. Life is so much easier with shell access.

Next Dotable deploys kangaroo, finally an Australian based server. Since I operate in an Australian market, I asked Bob to move me from pluto to kangaroo and before I could say lickety split my pageload times increased dramatically, and I didn't even have to do anything!

Since joining Dotable I haven't had a single major problem with web hosting. Ever. Dotable deal with issues professionally and promptly. Dotable are every bit as responsive and proactive today as they were when I joined.

I'm not going anywhere....
