Support isn't as quick as some of the other huge hosts I have been with. Though I haven't used it in a long time so it's possible Dotable has improved this area. Support tickets are more personal though and that's huge plus. I can't stand those copy/paste responses some companies send.
I've been with around 6 hosts now and Dotable.com is by far the best. Highly recommended.

And now, over a year, things haven't changed. Servers are still rock solid. Support responses do seem faster now though. So no complaints from me.
Though I do have to disagree with my fellow Dotable Ergo. Please do not lower prices. You get what you pay for.
