I just wanted to say that Dotable has been amongst the best hosting experiences that I've had--so much so that I've recommended it to a friend, my own dad and my business partner!

The latter experience is what I wanted to post on. I had a recent commission to set up an online store for a business I'm partnering with and we signed up with Dotable for the SD-3 plan, we were hosted on the Enterprise server. I set up Zen Cart on a subdomain and had problems with accessing it via the shared SSL certificate. I went to the Helpdesk, created a ticket and within 4 minutes, Bob had replied to it himself--within another 3 minutes, another support person had also replied with more details!

After I'd explained the issue they tracked things down and worked their miracles and the issue was fixed and Zen Cart ready to roll later that day. So very soon I'll have extremely happy clients, earn my nice commission and be able to access the international market for the business so much easier. This is perhaps the first real major (and important!) issue I've had with all four websites I maintain on here and it was dealt with in a professional, speedy and friendly way!

Dotable is definitely recommended for all your hosting needs
