Thumbs up It's been a year

I wanted to wait 1 year before posting my opinions/experiences with Dotable. This is because I have always jumped in too quickly in the past and found that a host takes a turn for the worst, leaving me feel daft for being too full of praise too soon.

The year has flown by.
I ran to Dotable in one hell of a hurry a year ago, as a host let us (me and my clients) down really badly, we were offline for days and I was forced to find somewhere quick. I didn't have time to do major research or hunt for days. Luckily I spotted some praise on a webhosting forum so came to see..
The prices were (and still are) reasonable, and Bob seemed to be worth his weight in gold to the current clients.
So I jumped ship, and dragged us all here..


I don't regret it for 1 minute.
The uptime is good
The speed is good
The support is brilliant, even when I am tying myself up in knots, confusing myself, and a problem turns out to be with a client... The staff have always been patient, I am sure there must be moments when they see a ticket from me and think "OMG... someone shoot her"
I hope to remain here for many years to come, and I hope I don't drive the marvelous staff potty with my stupid support problems (which are rarely anything to do with Dotable).

Thank you Bob for all the help you've given, and thanks to the rest of the staff too. You are diamonds and I am sure that Dotable will attain all the goals you want it to.
