I discovered Dotable after having a terrible experience with my previous hosts. Due to that experience I was extremely cautious and did a great deal of searching, reading of reviews and then emailing my final three potential choices with my questions and concerns. Throughout all of that time I didn’t discover one single bad word written about Dotable or Aussie Bob. Everyone said he was a straight talking guy who ran his company professionally, with dedication, honestly and above all respect for his customers. My questions (some of which were dumb) were all answered quickly and in a professional manner, no reasonable requests seemed to trouble him and all my concerns were soon laid to rest.

I signed up and Bob handled moving my existing sites from my old host, everything was done seamlessly and within an hour. I had no downtime and the whole process turned out to be stress free (something that I have come to expect from Dotable). In my 10 months with Dotable the service has exceptional, the uptime and speed of the server has exceeded my expectations and on the very few occasions that there has been issues, not only have they been dealt with quickly but Bob has keep everyone informed of the situation in an open and honest manor.

I am very pleased that I chose to use Dotable and have not intentions of moving anywhere else in the future. As we have grown Dotable has been there to help us along the way. Bob (and Steve) do an excellent job, they are personable and professional at the same time and Dotable actually does care about its clients and their sites.

There are a lot of bad hosts out there and unfortunately the good ones are few and far between, with Dotable I know that I have found the correct one. I sleep well at night knowing that my sites are in safe hands, as Bob would say... “No Worries”
