Very Approachable
I'm pretty new to both creating websites and also webhosting. I found Dotable around 12 months ago and got my site up and running with the help of a friend. For me, the best thing about Dotable is the support. I've at times had really basic questions that one would think anybody would know the answer to. Bob and Steve have always answered my questions, either in the forum or via a help ticket very quickly, and they've been very friendly and approachable. Not once have I ever felt foolish for asking a simple question, and not once have I ever felt that my questions were too much trouble. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my webhosting, and I've recommended Dotable to several of my friends. Thanks guys.
