Yes, please. A bit of a progress report would be helpful.

Have to hand it to my clients, I'm using this for my helpdesk, and when it went down they went to the main domain for support. Just the way it's supposed to happen...

Let's see. Down for 16+ hours.

5+ hours since the last status.

This is not like Aussie Bob at all.

Did I somehow switch hosts? Am I dreaming?

Steve did say that it would take at least 10 hours to get the backups transfered across, and that was about 8 hours ago. I imagine he left it running and got a few hours sleep seeing as that it's only about 7:30am now in NZ and there's not much else he could do while the transfer is running.

In situations like this there's nothing anyone can do but have a little patience and ride it out

Yeah, I don't know mind the wait really. I can hold out for a while longer, I just pray all of our data is in tact!!

Agreed with Josh.

Guys, "waiting" due to this kind of situation is somehow better than waiting for some bad/useless support to reply to your tickets.
