Please make it work this time round. Jupiter >> Mercury and hopefully it will stop at this for all the bad hardware issues.

Here, here brother, I hear ya

Backups are about half copied over, mercury is having major issues (not affecting backup copy process but most everything else), tomorrow will be another part of history and hopefully all back to normal.

Thanks guys.

Steve, I have a question not really related to mercury but to something you bought up in the thread.

Will there be any other servers that have to be moved, if so when and how will this take place and what downtime are we looking at?

Thanks

If I am right, only Venus is on a different DC as of now. So if you are not on Venus, there should not be any problem.

One of the reason I went with Dotable was because of the Mzima network , One Wilshire DC... etc , etc. I thought they have a plan to keep using both DC. I can see that Dotable is sort of abandoning One Wilshire. Any reason for this?
Is this the first server crashing in Dotable ? I hope this will be the last one...

Is the problem with the DC itself? Or is it with the company providing the colo space at the DC?

If the former, can the DC actually do that? If with the latter, can you not move to another colo provider at the DC?

Try doing a tracert to the servers at Carrier Central. Recently, I have been getting the connection going via Mzima.

Are you saying it will be another day or so 'till things are back to "normal"?

I still can't access my site - 14+ hours and counting?
