[Completed] Migrate to new machine - Dotable

I'm currently completing the final installations in preparation for the migration to the new server.

In approximately 1 hour from now ftp service will be shutdown, data sync'd to the new server for a final time. Once the /home data has been sync'd, apache and the database servers will stopped, databases sync'd to the new server, upon completion, the server will be rebooted.

There will be a few things that need to be completed after the reboot, inlcuding a cpanel update and checks for any service issues, the process should go fairly smoothly.

More information will be posted as I progress with this.

Great to hear - The process went pretty much to plan, just a few exim hickups after reboot, but I'm happy with the way things went.

Something strange here. I just logged into my WHM and did a "list accounts" - no accounts there.
I tried cpanel for a couple of accounts - everything works OK there.
FTP looks good as well.

I'm off to bed now
