We're going to reboot Jupiter now. We have reports of some clients being able to access, and some not being able to access.

Still having problems here. If I use nslookup and set the dns server directly to my server, its timing out. Though some were working ok briefly, they seem to be failing again now with timeout messages.

Default Timeouts

Hi there

There still seem to be issues relating to this issue. I can access mine and my users' sites, but only after an initial timeout of the page, resulting in a "Server not found" error. If the URL is entered again, then the page is displayed.

However, some of my users cannot see the sites I'm hosting, even when using this workaround, and even though I can see the sites.

I hope you would agree that this is not ideal. Would someone mind explaining exactly what is causing this, and why, and let us know how long it will persist, please?

Many thanks
Hal

On the phone with the colo now. Should have come back from the reboot by now. I'm having a tech hook up a cart to the server, to see what's up. Could be running a fsck.
