I may be having an "off" day, but a website of mine on enterprise has been down all day. Plus I can't seem to log into the support page, even after resetting my password.
Are there still issues on enterprise?

It's now 12 hours since my site on Enterprise went down and still no sign of my web site or email. This is especially painful becuase just last week I decided to drop POP email and go for IMAP and now all my mail is on a dead Enterprise. Can you please do something - 12 hours is along time to be down. Otherwise consider moving to another server.

Sorry, still working on this folks.
![]() I've been asked why this is taking so long. The server dropped around 1am our time, and our techs couldn't reboot the server from the reboot console. Then for some unknown reason our Alertra monitoring didn't inform me by SMS, so I was not alerted to the issue as I was off shift. Very sorry about this and will make sure that this will not happen again. |

Are we waiting on something like a fsck, or is this something bigger? Just wondering so I can provide some updates and maybe some time estimates before I head off.
