Bob, you seem to have removed:

"This could take some more time, so if anyone would like us to get them setup on our Defiant server, drop a ticket into the helpdesk and we'll get that actioned for you. Just remember we cannot migrate files from Enterprise server over to Defiant server now. You will need to have your own backups etc."

from your post. Anyway I asked support to move me to Defiant and they replied that I gotta have my own backup but my understanding is that when you said you cannot migrate files it was because Enterprise was down. Since it is now up, migration should be easy, right? Hosts even do it from ex-host's server. In your case it's between your own two servers. Please clarify.
