Is the server refusing to come back online?

Having issues getting the server up from remote reboot. One of the colo techs is going to do a hard reboot from the colo. I'll update in a few minutes . . .

Server is back online, just logging in to make sure all services are restarted correctly.

A number of services shows as failed in WHM. Is it all still coming up or is there some other problem?

They always take a few minutes to show as green, from your WHM status page.
