Looks like network issues with the Carrier Central LA cabinet. We're checking this out now . . .

I know this is a major PITA for you Bob, and I'm sure you're doing anything you can to resolve this problem.

When it's resolved I'd like to know what the problem was and how you can avoid it in the future. Jupiter has been down three times now in a couple of days. My clients are asking me if I'm sure I moved to the right hosting company.

Jupiter's recent resolved issues are not related to this network issue.

We're working with the colo techs now, and will have this resolved asap. Thanks for your patience.
