Well, the second (high priority) ticket was deleted without comment, and the first (low priority) updated an hour ago to say it will be forwarded to level3. I don't mind the wait as much as not knowing what's going on.

I've submited a ticket, but since hearing from other clients of mine that all is well, i doubt bob can do anything. He'd get an alert if the server was down anyway.

5 hours from the start of my ticket, three hours from when it was sent to "level 3", I get a response saying that "I currently see the site as being online. Are you still having problems accessing it?".
Fortunately, no, it's working now. Must say I'm surprised it was an additional three hour wait to hear anything, or for them to apparently even look at a 5 hour old "site down" ticket. [EDIT] This was explained. When it was pushed to level3, it was inadvertantly placed on hold as well. Simple error, easy to make. |

. I'm surprised at the long ticket times you guys reported, but I'm not surprised as to the lack of forum replies at those hours. I've seen too many companies make the mistake of having too many talking heads.Plus, looking at what mrs twaddle was posting, it's entirely possible that Dotable's guys would check our servers and they'd be fine. Serves me right, I never thought to do a straight IP attempt. |

I am so sorry about this folks. This is nothing short of a stuffup on our part. I will be investigating what happened here, and will ensure that this does not happen again. It's not how we do things at all.
My apologies. |
