Not necessarily, the last posting for this was nearly 6 hours ago. It may be a new issue. I only lost email just before midnight.

I would imaging the support ticket system lets them know via sms or something about tickets depending on the urgency. The forums may not be monitored as closely. Also, the status of the server is showing as ok so they may well not be aware.

Couldn't hurt. Stuck in a ticket anyway.

That would be the expectation, except that this forum is set to GMT +10, where it's currently around 2 in the morning

Which is why I suggested support tickets. Depending on the urgency, the ticketing system probably alerts them via sms.

I have it set to my own time zone. At any rate, the ticket is in.
I'm sure Bob has someone on call for time zones other than his own.

Interesting. Tried updating the priority for the ticket, and it won't let me. Each time I submit, it pushes me out to the main support view in MB, and no status change in the ticket when I go back.

Hi, try resubmitting the ticket.

Ticket sat for an hour with no response, submitted a new one with high priority. Either get me yelled at, or it'll get fixed, or both.

It is very odd that we have not been updated on this issue here in the forums. It is usually something you can rely on.

I (we) would greatly appreciate some feedback on this issue from management. I just got another call form a client and I would prefer to have something else to tell them other then there is a "high load" and the server was rebooted several hours ago.

Thank you.

I think this is a DNS issue or something similar, as some of my clients are still getting their sites, though i can't at all..
