Dotable Support Procedure
  To receive support, please follow this order - (1). Search the Dotable site with your desired keywords. You'll probably find what you're looking for as a result of that search. (2). Read through the Dotable Knowledge Base. (3). If you cannot find your answer from above, open a ticket on the secure Dotable helpdesk. (4). You can also post non sensitive support questions into the Dotable Support forum. Dotable's support forum is more about client to client interaction, helping with support issues. Dotable staff also answer support questions here, but the focus is on client to client support, with Dotable staff also helping. (5). We also offer live chat support, for non password sensitive support. Please note that the live chat support is not online 24x7. If the Dotable live chat is active, you'll see a chat icon in the top right corner of this page. If Dotable live chat is not active, the chat icon won't appear. |
