Default Problem with function.file-get-contents
I've been using the awstats script from here http://www.josheli.com/vox/ for ever.

I know it was working last week - but today its throwing up this error:

(paths have been changed)

Did something change?

Sorta, Im getting the same "URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration" message when trying to use PHP includes.

Billy says no changes have been made whatsoever that could cause this - however, he's eating, and will be online in about 20 minutes to troubleshoot this past what our other guys have done.

Not sure if this is related but I have a script that didn't work properly today on Neptune. Coulde be a fluke thing though.

I have a script on Saturn that's been running for a couple of years that failed today. It includes php commands imagecopy, imagejpeg, and imagedestroy.

Are these anomalies related?
