Yup, all resolved - apart from one which is apparently being caused by the nameservers not being pointed at Dotable server... I set-up an A name record at the registrar to bring web traffic this way which allows the client to maintain their own mail server, just not sure why that would be the cause

Least the others are working I guess

You setup the A record for www. but just not domain.com. Also we can point the MX record here as well...

Ahh, ok - sorry, that wasn't especially clear in the ticket! (Either that or my coffee intake was lacking...) Will see if I can resolve at the registrar, thanks for clarifying

I don't understand this thread - it was identified that there was a problem on more than one server because of a misconfiguration within 4 posts, why do people still have to open a new ticket because of the same problem on other servers...

Surely Dotable should have corrected this problem on all their servers, or at least checked to see if it existed... whats going on?

It is resolved with all servers... some people had other issues that were actually not caused by the configuration error that had to be addressed.
