Subscribe to your server forum!
Firstly, welcome to Dotable.  If you haven't introduced yourself to the rest of the Dotable members, you can do so here. We don't bite.  Make sure you're subscribed to your server forum. In your Dotable welcome email, you'll see the name of the Dotable server that your account has been placed. It is imperative that you're subscribed to your Dotable server forum, so you receive instant notification when we make announcements pertaining to your server.
