Default Mars re-boots

Any reason behind two reboots of server Mars in as many days?

The server stopped responding, so it got rebooted. I was off shift at the time and didn't catch what occurred and can't see the cause from the logs etc, we'll keep an eye on it.

Thanks for watching it. It's usually a reliable little planet.

Appears to be a kernel bug in the smp code.. the kernel panic'd - we have the server reboot itself when happens, otherwise it'd just freeze waiting for a reboot.

New kernel went in this morning when the server got rebooted, so we'll continue to monitor that.

May 17 16:33:27 mars kernel: <0>Fatal exception: panic in 5 seconds
May 17 16:33:59 mars syslogd 1.4.1: restart.
Hopefully the kernel will fix the issue.

Good idea there.

Looks like two reboots today, glancing at uptime numbers during the day. Last boot was about 4 hours ago.

Seems like 2 boots again within 2 days - last one 3 and half hours ago.
