OK - I think I need to move to an automated billing system for my hosting - I'm finding it harder to keep on top of. But I'm hoping some people are using ClientExec here and could help me answer some questions.
1 - Some of my clients pay Yearly and some Monthly, is it possible to do this? 2 - Does the system automatically send out invoices - or do they have to be sent manually? 3 - Do I get email notifications of invoices sent and received payments etc? 4 - How are non payers handled? Thanks |

1. Yes, you can set different payment cycle packages.
2. I think you can cron the automation of your invoices. 3. Yes. 4. This comes back to how you deal with late payers etc. CE is a very good billing app. It's simple, lightweight, and Alberto and his crew are very helpful.
