Default No server outages? Maybe faster support and honesty?

WE ARE DOWN. Been down for 6 hours. No one seems to care and inform us. What kind of business is this?

The initial cause of the issue was network related, which has since been resolved by our data center operators. Following this, the ipaliases had issues not loading properly, and thus all dedicated IP websites were disabled until the issue could be resolved.

The ipaliases issue was fixed just a little while ago, and now websites with dedicated IPs should be back up.

Shouldn't you let people know that you are aware of the problem? Did Ditlev not understand the implications of buying a forum based site - COMMUNICATION? It's not a new problem here and the lesson just doesn't seem to get learned.

Is this the same httpme.com that has been slammed by it's customers for poor support and also bad press for it's services?

I currently use both httpme and dotable. I began using both because of Aussie Bob. Now that he's sold both, I need to see what he's doing now. I would like a similar service to these companies, but with a little better support. HTTPme hasn't been a problem for a long time. Dotable, I understand outages and hardware failures, but lack of updates on the matter aren't good.
