Default Review Diskspace for plans

Hi Bob,

the cost of storage has been decreasing and bigger HDDs now cost much less.

I'm just wondering if Dotable will review increasing diskspace of packages offered?

Alternatively you could make the same plans cheaper.

Cheaper! You can't get much cheaper than what Dotable already is, short of becoming a "budget host" which I think most of us would agree is not a good idea

LOL you dont half write some funny things at time Josh.
I just spat coffee all over the monitor.

All I was saying is there are 2 approaches... either increase the allowance or make what is currently available cheaper. It amounts to the same thing.

We won't be reducing current plan pricings. But there will be a slight change in the first half of 08, with the site changing and the main plans we're targetting for changing. You've got to be careful if you're changing plans, to be considerate of your existing client base, because they're the main focus and where the game's at, and not on the acquisition of new clients.

Agreed. It's always better to retain current pricing but pass on cost savings in kinds to customers. Works better for customer retention and "package" as a reward for staying on.

Looking forward to a Happy New Year indeed!

Cough, not forgetting that we have to migrate servers or do quite some work to achieve this on the existing fleet, the existing drives don't become larger or cheaper by magic

Bob's got this under control, we will remain ultra competitive as always going forward.

Bring on 2008... it's going to be an exciting ride..
