quick invoice question - Dotable

Hi everybody!

In case i signup we have access to print invoices with the name of dotable all his info and also with my info?

i noticed on faq there is a link to invoices but decided to ask anymay because don´t know what kind of information the user sees.

When you login to the helpdesk and go to the billing section the invoices include "Dotable Pty Ltd" with the url (Rob, it could be useful if the top of invoices included Dotable's postal address!), your details, invoice number, dates it covers, plan you're on etc..,. Everything you need to show the taxman is there and you have access to all your previous invoices

It's not really essential as if your local tax office got funny about it, the details are easilly obtainable as Dotable is a registered Australian company which means the details are public information and can be obtained by searching the appropriate government website. But, it would be nice!

Actually Rob, something else that is missing from the invoices is Dotable's ACN number and it's a legal requirement in Australia for companies to include it on invoices

you don´t know the laws around here.

they control everything and want detailed papers to check if everything is ok.

that´s why instead of asking what kind of servers, backup policy or software one hosting company uses, i usually start a relationship with a new company asking about their invoices

Yes, that's available in the billing section.
