Transfer of hosting account

I read in the forums that your able to complete the transfer of a site to Dotable if the old host uses cPanel.

I've just ordered a hosting account from yourselves. Can you advise how I go about this? Thank you.

Drop a ticket into the Dotable helpdesk, with the domains, usernames and passwords, of the domains you'd like us to migrate over to the Dotable server. We'll then commence your migration.

do you need the username/password for each of the cpanels or just the whm/reseller cpanel username/password from my old host to do a transfer?

We need each domain's username and password, for each domain that you'd like migrated over to the Dotable server.
