Question A Few Pre-Sales Questions

I'm from Canada and was wondering if there are others from Canada who host with your hosting company and if so have they noticed any speed issues.

I have several sites that would need to be transferred which are all on one hosting account with the exception of another site that's hosted with a different hosting company. Could they all be transferred?

How long before at least one of the sites could be transferred and would any of my sites experience any downtime during the transfer?

My present hosting company overloads their servers and because of this I'm experience horrible lag time recently. Would I encounter this problem here?

I'm sure we have some Canadians about.

Yes, we can migrate your domains over to the Dotable server. You must be on a cpanel server now though, for us to migrate you over.

We could get your migrated over now. When (if) you sign up, let us know that you'll need your domains migrated over, in the comments section of the Dotable order form.

Generally no, but there could be a hiccup with changing nameservers etc. It's not always a 100% smooth process, but pretty darn close.

No. We keep the Dotable servers as lightly populated as possible. If we see a server starting to show signs of strain, we'll lighten that server up by moving some accounts to another server.

Sing out if you need anything else.

Not a problem, they all have cpanel.

Excellent. I'm quite anxious to get one of my sites migrated quickly since I haven't been able to access the admincp of the site for over 3 days now due to the server lag of my present host.

Another little question, would I be able to upgrade my hosting package at any time?

Oh, just noticed this:

Quote:
SPECIAL OFFER - Pay for the 1st month, and we'll give you 3 months FREE. That's right, 3 months FREE hosting! This is a strictly limited time offer, and is open to new Dotable.com clients only.
Does this still apply?

Once these two little questions are answered, I'll place my order and hopefully we can get started with the migrations.

Thanks for your quick replies.

Thanks for the warm welcome. Here's hoping that my experience will be a pleasant one.

I've made my order and am now awaiting my account information. Once it arrives how do I get things rolling to have my sites migrated over?
