Ready to make the switch - Dotable

Hello,

Am I missing any steps in getting my domains set-up here?

1. Pick an account and sign up.
2. Open a ticket with the domain names, account name, and password.
3. Change things at registrar to point to new IPs
4. Wait a few days for things to change over
5. Cancel account old service

Philbert,

The steps there are pretty much all that needs to be done.
If you'd like us to transfer your main whm account as well as accounts under it, let us know that when signing up and advise the access details in a ticket.

Don't forget between step 2 and 3 - Move website files and setup email addresses on new server.

We'll do all that with the account migrations.
