Other than massive loads, it's been ok transferring sites off site5 servers. High loads slow down the transfers greatly, but we've moved a fair few site5 customers over.

Anyway, just another questions about the "moving" procedure...

Is only one time? For example like this:

I join .able, signup, having my account created. And I have let's say... 20 customers. In the first days, I want .able to move 8 accounts... in the next few days, another 8 accounts. So, not all transfered at the same time. Is it possible?

About the password. So, I have to provide the cPanel username and password? Possible to give .able my customers' username and my WHM password (in old host)? Is it possible? Or... username and password for each account are must?

Thanks in advance..

Hi

Sure, we can transfer accounts for you in batches, over time. No worries at all.

Yes, we'll need each domain's username and password, to transfer over domains. We cannot use your WHM password.

Hope that answers your questions.

It does answer my question Bob. Thanks!

Anyway, my previous host also provide ClientExec, any experience with this? I mean, when moving to another host (that also provide CE)? What about the license? Or, it is just the same. Moving all files and database to the new host, and CE will work nicely without problem?

For CE, we'd just have to setup your domain in their licence center, when it's moved over to the Dotable server. Shouldn't be any problems.

Steve transfered my sites over earlier today.
Some had ssl certs and he even sorted that out as well.
Given the sites their own ip and installing the certs.
No problems with the transfers and no downtime.
Thanks again Steve.
