Hi Bob! Greetings from Argentina.
I'm looking for a good hosting company that can meet or exceed the following hosting needs and I think in Dotable , but my concern is about a offsite site for emergency, is't avaiable here? and what's the time response average for tickets?.Thanks; |

![]() The Dotable main site + helpdesk + billing is in a separate datacenter than the Dotable client servers. This means that if there is a network issue with a datacenter where the Dotable client servers are, then we can still maintain communication and support. Response times for tickets should be no more than 15 to 30 minutes. I personally don't like to see a ticket sitting for more than 30 minutes, without being attended to. Sing out if you need anything else.
