Default Time difference

How many hours are head from the U.K are you Aussie bob?

I'm having to move hosts urgently, and i hate being rushed.. So i'm doing as much research on the fly as I can.

I'm asking because i'm sick of hosts being asleep when i'm awake.. and often when there is a problem (not a good day for me in hostland)...

I'd choose an U.K host if thier prices and offers were more reasonable...

I think he is either 9 or 10 hours ahead however he very rarely sleeps!!!

I have just moved from a UK host to here and over the last week or so I have contacted Bob through email, sales, the ticket desk and also using the live chat about various things. Each time my questions have been answered promptly and the longest wait I had was an hour. The best bits though were the quality of the responses and the actions Bob took when required, all my needs have been attended to in the first instance meaning that I didn’t have to clarify or go over stuff again to get things sorted.

Some of my questions have been dumb but throughout my short time here I have been treated with respect and Bob has never once shown any annoyance at my enquiries.

I hope that helps you out a little but if not, drop him an email through sales and judge his response for yourself. I am sure you won’t be disappointed

That applies to all payment cycles. If you choose to pay every 6mths, then after the first 6mths, you will receive 3mths free. If you chose the 12mth payment cycle, then you would receive the 3 free mths at the end of the 12mth period.

Sing out if you need anything else.

Do you think that dot 2 is big enough... honestly
I am a small reseller with 7 friends (who don't pay )
6 run forums, 2 of the forums are relatively active with upto 10 people online at a time.
1 of the forums is very active with over 200 log-ins every day
1 of the forums has a flash based chat room, though it is rarely used.
Size wise, 1 site is over 200meg, 2 are over 100 the rest are pretty small.
Since my sites are still down i can't check what i currently have and i can't remember... lol

Sounds reasonable usage. It's hard to tell, from what you have there. Do you remember how much data transfer you're doing per mth?

hmm
last month i had to up the busiest site to 19 gig allowance,
then i think (but not completely sure) that there is three at about 10 (though i think only 1 site comes close to that limit)
the rest of the sites have about 5 gig allowance
I set the allowance in whm... but of course without access i can't check the figures..

Been 4 days now...
