don't ask.... we're all a bit withdrawn and shocked from wandering around the web with no home. Supposedly not thier fault.... I know it ain't mine.

That host is currently putting all our stuff where we can get it. I hope... but that particular server seems to be reallllllly slow so getting the stuff is gonna be a nightmare.

Well we can't fix your current issues, but your account has been setup on the Dotable earth server. I put the kettle on, and the fireplace is roaring.

Ta Bob.
had my mail... having problems getting to my old files still though..
Was hoping you'd be able to copy everything over for me.... when it decides to speed up a bit.

Might be best if you upload full cpanel backups onto the Dotable earth server, and then we can restore those backups. That's the most accurate method of moving a site from one cpanel server to the next cpanel server.

No, just upload the backups and we'll restore them. If we were restoring from a full cpanel backup, uploaded, we would have to delete the existing username for the incoming cpanel backup restore.

But what about the back up for the top account... I should do that first yes?
The pass and user was different on the old host, so would that log in info be what it used to be or what it is now (After restore)

As you can see I am good at tying myself up in knots. ;D

Just drop a ticket into the Dotable helpdesk and we'll start these transfers from there. Hopefully you can get access from your old host, and get those backups uploaded to earth, so we can restore them for you.
