Question with the terms
On the terms page it says "Dotable.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. This also applies to existing and new accounts."
And on the home page it says this "Your account comes with locked in pricing, as long as you remain an active client." I was wondering which is it, will accounts that I sign up ever increase or will it remain locked in. thanks |

To my knowledge Rob doesn't ever increase the prices on an account while that account is active and remains on your current plan.
If you were to upgrade or downgrade your account, then obviously the price would change to the currect price for the account you switch to.

I'll check into that, and change the terms page. I've never increased a client's plan price, unless they've upgraded. The plan you buy, is the one you stay at, even if we phase that plan out.  |
