question - Dotable

Hello, I was wondering if Bob was the only one doing support for Dotable or if there is other support staff. If not, do you plan on bringing on staff when your client base grows to the point that you need help?

Hello Jeff

Aussie Bob is the customer support and sales man for Dotable.
He does the help desk etc.

The server admins look after his servers 24/7 for excellent uptimes ! as well as Aussie Bob keeping an eye on them from Australia

I'd imagine like all other business, that when Dotable client base grows, so will the Dotable Support Staff !

Jeff,

Sure, I'll bring in other support members as needed, but for now, myself and the admins can handle the support load just fine.
