Migrating a WordPress + PHPlist site from another host.
Hi, I just purchased a single account, and would like to transfer Wordpress files + data , and PHPlist files + data over to the account.
I think I can extract data from the current host, but don't know how to load onto your host. Also, the current host (using Fantastico), gives option for full, home, db, aliases, or filters. I have never transferred any application files before, so I'm not sure how it all works. Just let me know what you recommend. Thanks very much, Barbara |

Hi Barbara,
Welcome to the Dotable community. If your previous host provider is runnng cPanel then you would do a full backup to transfer it to the Dotable server. I believe Aussie Bob will help you do the transfer and get things going here. Just have to wait for him to wake up
