Hey there,

I'm already a happy customer here, but I'm trying to pull across one of my clients to Dotable, probably to a Multiple Domain account. A few questions ..

• Is mod_rewrite available? Is it allowed?
• If client signs-up for a year, will he still benefit from 1 month free?
• Are you able to say what server he'd likely be on if he signed up between now and 4 weeks away?
• Do you have a referral scheme yet?

Mod_rewrite is the biggy - the host he's presently with (a large UK operation) is a shambles; they are refusing to offer mod_rewrite as they say it's not safe on a shared server. He's been with them for around 6 years as well, so much for loyalty! However, this is the same company that had around 1 terrabyte of data on a 900Mhz Pentium III server with 512Mb of RAM :-/

Hmmm, if it's 4 weeks from now, that would be Panther server - yet to be racked.
