Even though I like enom very much, they seems to have a way to get rid of their customers. I selected them when I started out reselling. But eventually they make it hard for me to top up my account, even with VALID credit card. They said that my IP is from Malaysia, which is banned or something. So I give up trying to convince them my credit card is ok.

They said I could opt for bank transfer , which means I have to go to the bank and queue up and stuff like that. Troublesome... so I went with directi, or resellerclub. Sorry Dave, not trying to pour cold water, but just highlighthing my experience.

Not sure whether my country is still in the banned list or something

joshuayip, a common problem that, one that could be solved by teaming up with a reputable reseller such as Dave.

Maybe you guys could solve that issue between you or even use internet banking rather than cc and use enom, of course there are many options available.

As Steve said, there are ways to work around this issue with eNom. Did you have a reseller account with eNom? Did you try using Paypal as your method of pre-funding the account? If you are interested, contact me and we'll discuss the options.

This isn't the thread to discuss your issues with a particular registrar or promote other registrars. This thread was posted by Dave to get more business, for his reseller business. Any other discussions should be taken into the lounge

Just to put a good word Dave`s way, I got a reseller account through Dave a while ago and he was very friendly, helpful and efficient and I would recommend him!
IMO Enom are great, and improving all the time.

I would highly recommend anyone to Dave.

I concur. I signed up with Dave too, though I have not started using it. And he was very helpful from start to end. And even sending an email to enom to find out answers that I could have emailed myself.

As for enom, I have no comment as I have only used them once.

Thanks everyone for your kind remarks. BTW, I happen to agree with Josh too

eNom, like any other business, has its competition. I believe they are one of the best registrars to work with and I have had no problems with them during the years of service they have given to me and my customers.
