Congratulations Chris! Good stuff. Is this your first?

They get easier with the more you have.

It took me a lot of adjusting, when we had our first. After 5, I'm pretty well adjusted, but it's still hard, and a challenge. My oldest is up to my shoulders, and the rest are catching up. They grow too damn fast!

Name: Anthony Reyes - anthony

Age: 22

Sex: Male

Status: Single

Interests: Internet!, real estate, cell phones, reading

Occupation: real estate investor....kinda..sorta...I guess..

Greatest accomplishment: The day I decided to do something in my life when I realise I was the only person in my way of becomming successful.

Greatest dissapointment: Not realising it sooner.

Life Goal: Earn enough passive income so that I could just travel the world.

I finished up to grade 10 in high school. Got a GED, went to a college for a term and then dropped out (very proud of it ). Have my own real estate business (not a realtor!) Got into real estate last July, haven't really done too much yet, still in the learning process. About to close on my 2nd house and working a deal on the 3rd. I'm also working for another real estate investor which is taking up a lot of my time. He's currently doing industrial properties but is getting out and we'll be focusing on multifamily properties (development and acquisitions).

It's nice reading about everyone..interesting!

Sounds interesting. Are you buying, renovating and then selling those properties?

Nope. I'm thinking about doing that, but I really don't have the money and my credit is shot. I do more of the "creative real estate". That way, I can buy without tying up all my money into one property. more deals = more money Hehe

Ok how does that work? Do you sign a contract to buy a house and then use the time up til settlement to resell the house?

You've gone and got me curious.
