Yeah, The Mrs has made a slight error there I think Rob http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marmite...al_information - sugars are quite low (0.5g per 100g)

Indeed, the kids love Marmite here.. vegemite too.

I dug the Marmite from the fridge just now and it says there is 80% yeast content, so not much room left for the other good things in life to be there. I'm not a fan of either, never could grow the taste.

Yummmmm!

If you feel like something a little sweeter, try Vegemite and sprinkle it with hundreds-and-thousands - it's sort of like a crunchy sweet 'n sour flavour.

She said it was Ovaltine, and not marmite, that has heaps of sugar. I got things mixed up.
